摘 要:为研究聚能射流对钢壳B炸药的侵彻解体问题,选取直径为20 mm的聚能装药,采用AUTODYN-2D软件模拟了聚能射流形成过程,继而模拟了射流不同炸高、不同靶板厚度条件下侵彻靶板的过程。基于Held判据,通过分析穿过靶板后射流头部速度u、直径d和u^(2)d随板厚和炸高的变化特点,得到了u^(2)d随着靶板厚度的增大而减小,随炸高的增大而减小的变化规律,提出可以在大炸高下通过调整炸高控制u^(2)d缓慢变化。针对厚度为6 mm的靶板,采用拟合曲线对穿过靶板后射流头部的引爆能力进行了估计,并与屏蔽B炸药的爆燃反应临界值作对比。最后验证射流对不同形状带壳B炸药的引爆能力,实验结果与数值估算基本一致。结合数值模拟、数据拟合和实验现象,综合推断出聚能射流解体带壳B炸药的方法和机理,研究结果可为聚能射流侵彻解体未爆弹研究提供参考。In order to study the disintegration of Comp B wrapped in a steel shell by shaped charge,a shaped charge with a diameter of 20 mm was selected and the formation process was simulated by AUTODYN-2D software.Then,the penetration process of shaped charge under different blast heights and different target plate thicknesses was simulated.Based on the Held criterion,the variation characteristics of jet head velocity u,diameter d and u^(2) d with the thickness and blast height after penetrating the target plate were analyzed.The variation law of u^(2) d,which decreases with the increase of the thickness of the target plate and decreases with the increase of the blast height,was obtained.It was proposed that the slow change of u^(2) d could be controlled by adjusting the blast height at the high blast height.For a target plate with a thickness of 6 mm,the detonation capacity of jet head after penetrating the target plate was estimated by fitting curve,and the critical value of deflagration reaction of shielded Comp B was compared.Experiments were conducted to verify the detonating ability of jet to shell composition B of different shapes,and the experimental results were basically consistent with the numerical estimation.Combined with numerical simulation,data fitting and experimental phenomena,the method and mechanism of shaped charge jet’s disintegration of shell composition B were comprehensively deduced,and the research results can provide reference for the study of shaped charge jet’s penetrating disintegration of unexploded bombs.
