摘 要:为研究航炮安装封闭膨胀减压装置后对弹丸的影响,建立了弹丸由身管口到飞离封闭膨胀减压装置整个过程的膛口流场三维数值仿真模型。基于N-S方程和Standard k-ε湍流模型,采用重叠网格法进行了带有封闭膨胀减压装置的流场数值模拟,对比分析了无装置时弹丸的受力及运动情况。数值分析结果清晰地展现了弹后火药燃气在装置内流动的情况,以及马赫盘、冲击波等复杂波系的发展过程。得到了该装置对弹丸轴向受力及速度的影响程度,为该装置的进一步研究打下了基础。In order to study the influence of aircraft gun installed with closed expansion decompression device on the projectile,the three-dimensional numerical simulation model for the whole process of projectile flying from the nozzle to the closed expansion decompression device was established.Based on N-S equation and Standard k-εturbulence model,the overlapped grid method was used to simulate the flow field with a closed expansion decompression device,the force and motion of projectile without device were compared and analyzed.The numerical analysis results clearly show the flow of gunpowder gas in the device after projectile,and the development of complex wave systems such as Mach disks and shock waves.We obtained the device the influence degree of the axial force and velocity of the projectile,which lays a foundation for the further research of the device.
