摘 要:以某高速公路桥梁工程实例作为依托,对高速公路的CBR值开展计算与试验检测,对掺灰量以及浸水时间等能够对CBR值造成影响的因素开展量化分析工作。试验表明,击实次数、生石灰掺加量以及含水量都会对高速公路桥梁的压实度造成影响,并且通过试验发现,掺加生石灰可以有效提升路基强度与稳定性。同时根据试验结果不难发现,对于高速工程桥梁路基而言,若击实数相同,则生石灰掺加数量为3%时效果最佳。Based on an example of a highway bridge project, this paper calculates and tests the CBR value of the highway, and makes quantitative analysis of the factors that can affect the CBR value, such as the amount of ash and the immersion time. The test shows that compaction times, quicklime content and water content will all affect the compactness of expressway bridges, and it is found that adding quicklime can effectively improve the strength and stability of subgrade. At the same time, according to the test results, it is not difficult to find that, for the bridge subgrade of high-speed engineering, if the real number is the same, the effect is the best when the quantity of quicklime is 3%.
