生命周期视角下技术标准联盟企业竞合关系研究

摘　　要：经济全球化背景下,标准竞争的国际化趋势日益明显,技术标准战已经成为世界贸易战的主要形式。技术标准联盟为实现标准制定参与提供了契机,联盟中企业间存在竞争与合作并存的竞合关系,并且这种关系中竞争和合作的主导地位随着标准化进程以及联盟的发展在不断的变化。已有的研究主要围绕技术标准联盟企业动因、联盟网络结构、企业动态能力等方面展开,而基于企业战略层面开展技术标准联盟内企业竞合关系的研究较少。鉴于此,从生命周期视角入手,结合技术标准联盟的特性,对不同发展阶段的技术标准联盟企业竞合关系展开研究,分析了联盟组建期、发展期、成熟期、衰退期企业间的竞合关系演化机理,给出了企业竞合战略的具体实施路径及其对于技术标准联盟企业竞合绩效的影响,最后,以闪联产业联盟企业竞合关系演化案例进行实证验证。Under the background of economic globalization, the international trend of standard competition becomes more and more obvious, and the technical standard war has become the major form of the world trade war. As for enterprises competing for technical standards, it is extremely difficult to monopolize standards in practical activities. Therefore,participating in technical standards alliance to jointly establish standards has become the choice of most enterprises. There are both competition and cooperation relationships among enterprises in technical standards alliance, and the dominant position of competition and cooperation in the relationships constantly changed with the standardization process and the development of the alliance. The existing researches mainly focus on enterprise motivation, alliance network structure and dynamic capabilities of enterprises in technical standards alliance, but the co-opetition relationship based on enterprise strategy has not been fully recognized and applied. Based on the perspective of life cycle, this paper aims to deconstruct the complex dynamic relationship between enterprises in technical standards alliance, put forward the optimization path of co-opetition and analyze its impact on the performance promotion of co-opetition.Combined with the particularity analysis of technical standards alliance, this paper incorporated the life cycle of technical standards alliance and enterprise co-opetition into the same research framework, and systematically analyzes the evolution mechanism of co-opetition relationship among enterprises in the establishment period, development period, maturity period and decline period of alliance driven by different factors such as external environment, internal resources and partnership. This paper also puts forword the specific implementation paths of co-opetition strategy for enterprises and its impact on the performance of technical standards alliance and alliance enterprises at the same time.
