摘  要:针对医院诊疗设备维护计划制定不合理导致低可靠度而引起病患等待和流失的问题,提出一种考虑病患满意度的预防性维修策略模型。首先,分析病患的心理行为构建排队行为决策模型,并基于诊疗设备衰退演化规则纳入可靠度改善程度和成本投入两因素构建维护方式优先级。其次,结合诊疗设备维修状况和排队理论描述诊疗等待时间以建立病患满意度模型。最后,以有限观测期内维护总成本最优和预先设定的病患重复诊治概率阈值为准则,运用Matlab和Flexsim仿真分析并对比,结果表明该策略能为医院设备科提供有效的维护方案。In view of the problem of patients’waiting and loss caused by unreasonable maintenance plan of medical diagnosis and treatment equipment,a preventive maintenance strategy considering patient satisfaction was proposed.Firstly,analyzing the psychological behavior of patients,a queuing behavior decision-making model was constructed.Based on the decay evolution rule of diagnosis and treatment equipment,the maintenance mode priority was established by incorporating the reliability improvement degree and cost input.Secondly,combined with maintenance status and the queuing theory to describe the waiting time of diagnosis and treatment,the patient satisfaction model was established.Finally,according to the criterion of the optimal total maintenance cost during the limited observation period and the preset probability threshold of repeated diagnosis and treatment,the model was simulated by Matlab and Flexsim.The results show that the strategy can provide an effective maintenance solution for the hospital equipment department.
