摘 要:全球灯塔工厂是由世界达沃斯经济论坛携手麦肯锡在全球范围内共同打造的数字化制造示范性网络,为探索制造业价值链的数字化重构路径提供案例基础。据此,针对制造业价值链的数字化重构路径问题,根据动态能力理论构建嵌入价值链的三角分析模型,得到灯塔工厂价值链数字化重构机制配置条件。采用模糊集定性比较分析法进行多元数字化重构配置组态分析,研究发现:不同于单一企业实践路径,灯塔工厂案例库存在4条可借鉴的数字化重构可行路径;不同类型的灯塔工厂数字化重构路径内部构成要素间存在交集或互补关系;4种灯塔工厂数字化重构路径在价值链层面存在等价性。基于动态能力视角探究制造业数字化重构机制与转型路径,对制造业提升数字化转型升级能力具有一定借鉴意义。The global lighthouse factory is a demonstration network of digital manufacturing jointly built by the World Davos Economic Forum and McKinsey on a global scale,providing a case basis for exploring the digital reconstruction path of the manufacturing value chain.Aiming at the digital reconstruction path of the manufacturing value chain,a triangulation model embedded in the value chain was constructed according to the dynamic capability theory,and the configuration conditions for the digital reconstruction mechanism of the lighthouse factory value chain were obtained.Fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fs QCA)was used to analyze the configuration of multivariate digital reconstruction.It is found that the coupling configuration of configuration conditions in four dimensions has a relatively independent digital technology reconstruction path.Firstly,different from the practice path of a single enterprise,the case inventory of lighthouse factory is in 4 feasible digital reconstruction paths that can be used for reference.Secondly,there are intersections or complementary relationships among the internal elements of the digital reconstruction path of different types of lighthouse factories.Thirdly,the fourlighthouse factory digital reconstruction paths are equivalent at the level of value chain.Exploring the digital reconstruction mechanism and transformation path of manufacturing industry from the perspective of dynamic capability has certain reference significance for manufacturing industry to improve its digital transformation and upgrading capability.
