摘 要:集装箱植物工厂可在环境完全可控条件下摆脱土壤、阳光、天气等自然条件的影响,实现作物的高质量周年生产,应用场景广泛、便于运输安装、智能化程度高,是植物工厂技术发展的重要方向。利用计算流体力学技术(Computational fluid dynamics,CFD)对某20尺高柜集装箱植物工厂进行气流组织模拟研究,设计了3种送风模式和4种送风风量,探究集装箱植物工厂气流组织特性并得到优化方案,即采用布袋风管下半周送风模式、设计送风量2500 m^(3)·h^(-1),能够保障冠层气流场、温度场及均匀性满足作物生长基本需求。Container plant factories can get rid of soil,sunlight,weather and other natural conditions under completely controllable environment.It can achieve high quality annual production of crops,wide application scenarios,easy transportation and installation,high degree of intelligence,which is an important direction of plant factory technology development.The Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)technology was used to simulate the airflow organization in a container plant factory.Three air supply modes and four air supply volumes were designed to explore the airflow organization characteristics of container plant factory and get the optimization scheme.That is,the lower half of the bag air duct air supply mode,designed air supply volume 2500m^(3)·h^(-1),can guarantee the canopy air field,temperature field and uniformity to meet the basic needs of crop growth.
