初探佩戴口罩对人体热舒适性的影响

摘  要:热舒适受到人自身的生理、心理和环境等因素的影响。新冠疫情以来居民佩戴口罩外出已常态化,这给探究热舒适提出了新挑战。然而,佩戴口罩对于人体热舒适的影响尚需深入量化分析。本文通过网络调查的方式用问卷星派发热舒适问卷,进行了佩戴口罩对人体热舒适影响的初步探究,给出了受试者平均热感觉投票、平均湿感觉投票与体感温度之间的关系。结果表明佩戴口罩对热感觉和湿感觉有显著影响,尤其是78%的受试者佩戴口罩时感到面部不舒适,92%的受试者出现面部闷热和呼吸困难的不适症状。同时,受试者佩戴口罩时的热敏感性较未佩戴口罩时的弱,但是受试者佩戴口罩时的湿感性较未佩戴口罩时的强,对湿度的变化更敏感。Thermal comfort is affected by human’s own physical, psychological and environmental factors. Since the new crown epidemic, it has become normal for residents to wear masks to go out, which poses new challenges for exploring thermal comfort. However, the impact of wearing a mask on the thermal comfort of the human body still needs in-depth quantitative analysis. In this paper, using the questionnaire software WenJuanXing to send the questionnaires about thermal comfort in order to investigating how wearing a mask effect human thermal comfort by way of online survey. The research presents the relationship between subjects’ average thermal sensation vote, average wet sensation vote and somatosensory temperature. The results show that wearing a mask has a significant effect on the feeling of heat and wetness. In particular, 78 % of the subjects felt uncomfortable on the face when wearing the mask, and 92 % of the subjects had symptoms of sultry facial and dyspnea. At the same time, the subjects’ thermal sensitivity when wearing a mask was weaker than when they were not wearing a mask, but the subjects’ wet sensitivity when wearing a mask was stronger than when they were not wearing a mask, and they were more sensitive to changes in humidity.
