摘　　要：介绍了小内机搭配大外机时内机的管路件与内外机连接管不一致的情况,在连接管不变的情况下,需要更改内机的管路件方可连接内外机。本文采用2P内机搭配3P外机的案例提出两种更改方案,方案一采用设计与更换新管接头,方案二采用更改集气管与进液管的管径与管接头,并分别从焊接、安装、可靠性等方面分析两种方案的可行性,经验证发现,方案二的安全性与应用性更广。The pipe parts of the inner machine are inconsistent with the connecting pipe.Under the ciodition of the same diameter of connecting pip,it is necessary to design the pipe fittings of the inner unit.In this paper,the case of 2P int·ernal machine and 3P external machine is adopted to propose two modification schemes.Scheme one is to design and replace new pipe joint of the gas and liquid inlet pipe component,scheme two is to change the pipe diameter and pipe joint.The feasibility of the two schemes is analyzed from the aspects of welding,installation and reliability.It is found that the safety and applicability of scheme two are broader.
