摘　　要：《太平圣惠方》是中国医药学史上第一部病因、病理、证候学专著,系统总结了宋朝以前的医学成就。书中卷32和卷33为眼科专篇,其中系统地介绍了五轮学说,形成了轮-脏-部位的配属,明确了五轮的定位,同时补充阐发了五轮的生理病理特点,以五行观念丰富五轮学说内涵,为五轮学说结合临床辨证提供了理论基础,并记述了五轮学说在某些眼病辨证治疗中的实际应用,以五轮学说指导辨证和遣方用药,奠定了五轮辨证的基础,从而对五轮学说的发展与成熟起到了积极的推动作用。Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang is the first monograph on etiology,pathology,and syndrome in the history of Chinese medicine,which systematically summarizes the previous medical achievements of the Song Dynasty.Volumes 32 and 33 in the book are special articles on ophthalmology,in which the Five Lun Theory is systematically introduced,the system of Lun-Zang-body part is formed,and the positioning of Five Lun is clarified.At the same time,the physiological and pathological characteristics of the Five Lun are supplemented,and the concept of the five elements is used to enrich the connotation of the Five Lun Theory,which provides a theoretical basis for the Five Lun theory combined with clinical syndrome differentiation.It also describes the practical application of the Five Lun Theory in the treatment of some eye diseases based on syndrome differentiation.Using the Five Lun Theory to guide dialectical and prescription medicines,lay the foundation for the Five Lun dialectics,and thus plays a positive role in promoting the development and maturity of the Five Lun Theory.
