基于“火郁发之”探讨Graves眼病的中医证治

摘　　要：Graves眼病病机为火热之邪郁滞眼目气机,此“火”有阳有阴,阳火乃肝失条达,气机郁结而生,阴火乃脾营不荣,阳气郁滞所致,火邪常与有形之邪搏结,顽固缠绵。临床应以“发”为治疗原则,善用风药,宣发各经郁热;审证求因,阳火清透之,阴火补散之;重视眼目局部辨证,祛除有形之邪,如此可使气机出入畅达,升降顺条,眼目可明矣。The pathogenesis of graves ophthalmopathy is that Fire evil factor blocking the Qi movements of the eyes.This"Fire"falls into two catogories,namely,Yang Fire and Yin Fire.Yang Fire is caused by Liver Qi stagnation due to the lack of free activity,while Yin Fire is caused by Spleen nutrition dysfunction and Yang Qi stagnation.Fire evil often fights with visible evil factors and exists stubbornly lingering.In clinical treatment,based on the principle of"dispersing",Wind dispelling herbs are commonly used to diffuse the stagnant Heat in each meridian.By examining the syndromes and seeking the cause,the Yang Fire can be cleared and sending out,and the Yin Fire can be dispersed by replenishment.The local syndrome differentiation of the eyes should be paid attention to in eliminating the visible evil,so that the in and out of the Qi can be regulated,and the ascending and descending of the Qi can be smooth,and eventually the eye disease can be cured to see clearly.
