摘　　要：目的:从流行病学角度探究食管癌发生相关的饮食因素,验证“外邪直中,食管局部反复损伤为食管癌发生的主要因素”的假说,为食管癌的防治以及食管癌中医病因病机理论的完善提供依据。方法:通过文献数据和专家论证设计调查统计表,内容包含吸烟情况、饮酒情况、膳食习惯等问题;在全国食管癌高发地区建立10个研究中心,河南省建立11个分中心医院收治的食管癌患者进行调查,对调查结果进行统计分析,无序分类变量采用χ^(2)检验,多因素logistic回归分析,探究食管癌危险因素的独立性。结果:纳入食管癌患者2027例,非食管癌随机对照人群1991人。烟、酒、膳食口味、食热烫、硬食物、腌渍烧烤霉变食物,暴饮暴食,进食速度均为食管癌发生相关因素,多项不良饮食习惯为食管癌发生的独立影响因素。结论:烟酒、饮食偏嗜及不良饮食习惯是食管癌发生相关危险因素。Objective:To explore dietary factors related to the occurrence of esophageal cancer from an epidemiological perspective.And to verify the hypothesis that"exogenous evil factors invades directly and repeated local injury of the esophagus is the main factor for the occurrence of esophageal cancer",thus providing a basis for the prevention and treatment of esophageal cancer and the improvement of the theory of etiology and pathogenesis of esophageal cancer in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:A survey statistical table was designed through literature data and expert argumentation,and the content included smoking status,drinking status,dietary habits,and other issues.Established 10 research centers in areas with high incidence of esophageal cancer across the country.The esophageal cancer patients admitted to 11 sub-central hospitals in Henan Province were investigated.Statistical analysis was performed on the survey results.Theχ^(2) test was used for unordered categorical variables,and the multivariate logistic regression analysis was used to explore the independence of risk factors for esophageal cancer.Results:Results:A total of 2027 patients with esophageal cancer and 1991 non-esophageal cancer patients as the randomized control population were included.Tobacco,alcohol,dietary taste,hot food,hard food,pickled barbecued and moldy food,overeating,and eating speed are all related factors of esophageal cancer.Several unhealthy eating habits are independent influencing factors of esophageal cancer.Conclusion:Tobacco and alcohol,dietary preference,and bad eating habits are related risk factors for the occurrence of esophageal cancer.
