摘 要:目的:了解男性人群生活行为及饮食习惯与食管癌发病的关系,为男性人群食管癌的预防控制提供参考依据。方法:采用以医院为基础的病例对照研究方法,2020年6月至2021年3月在全国10个省份,将1552例经病理确诊食管癌的男性作为病例组,将同一地方甚至同一家庭的1095例男性非健康人作为对照组,对两组人员进行电子问卷调查。结果:多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,饮酒史、食热烫食物、吃硬质食物、暴饮暴食、霉变食物可使男性人群食管癌的发病风险增加,口腔清洁情况≥1次·d^(-1)使男性人群食管癌的发病风险降低。结论:饮酒史、口腔清洁情况及是否食热烫食物、吃硬质食物、暴饮暴食、吃霉变食物等饮食习惯是男性人群食管癌发病的主要影响因素。Objective:To understand the relationship between life behavior and eating habits of the male population and the incidence of esophageal cancer(EC),and to provide reference for the prevention and control of esophageal cancer in the male population.Methods:A hospital-based case-control study was used.From June 2020 to March 2021,1552 males with pathologically diagnosed EC were used as the case group,and 1095 healthy males from the same place or even the same family were used as the control group.Electronic questionnaires were conducted on these two groups.Results:Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that drinking history,eating hot food,hard food,overeating,and eating moldy food can increase the risk of EC in men.And the risk of EC is reduced in males with oral hygiene≥1 time·day^(-1).Conclusions:The history of drinking,oral hygiene,whether to eat hot food,hard food,overeating,eating moldy food and other dietary habits are the main influencing factors for the incidence of EC in males.
