基于MATLAB/GUI双作用椭圆轨道滚柱泵人机界面设计

摘　　要：针对双作用椭圆轨道滚柱泵的输出特性和动力特性,笔者通过数学建模的方式,采用MATLAB/GUI开发了绘制该泵特性曲线的虚拟平台。该软件能很好地反映各种参数变化对泵输出特性以及动力特性的影响。在软件中可以通过界面输入参数的方式调整泵的结构参数,并分析出该参数下的特性曲线。该软件还可以把数据通过图和表的形式输出,为双作用椭圆轨道滚柱泵的设计优化提供了极大的便捷。Aiming at the output characteristics and dynamic characteristics of double acting elliptical orbit roller pump,the author developed a virtual platform for drawing the characteristic curve of the pump by using MATLAB/GUI through mathematical modeling.The software can well reflect the influence of various parameter changes on pump output characteristics and dynamic characteristics.In the software,the structural parameters of the pump can be adjusted by means of interface input parameters,and the characteristic curves under the parameter are analyzed.The software can also output data through graphs and tables,which provides great convenience for the design and optimization of double acting elliptical track roller pumps.
