摘 要:针对目前绝缘油溶解气体(dissolved gas analysis,DGA)分析技术存在的不足,本研究对一种基于三维荧光原理的变压器绝缘油绝缘状态监测技术进行探索。采用市售绝缘油新油、实际运行变压器绝缘油以及实验室模拟放电劣化绝缘油等典型样品,采集三维荧光谱图数据,获取典型样品荧光特征峰位置、荧光信号强度等关键数据,分析变压器绝缘油劣化过程中荧光特征峰位置、信号强度随着放电老化时间的变化。结果表明:与经典气相色谱DGA分析方法相比,三维荧光分析方法具有更高的灵敏度,可以及时监测到绝缘油劣化变化的发生,且能够在发生不释放气体或释放少量气体的故障情况下,实现对绝缘油绝缘状态及时监测。In view of the shortcomings of current dissolved gas analysis(DGA)analysis technology of insulating oil,a novel three dimensional fluorescence excitation-emission matrix(3D-EEM)method was explored for the insulation states monitoring of transformer oils.Typical samples such as commercially available new insulating oil,actual operating transformer insulating oil,and laboratory simulated discharge deterioration insulating oil were used to collect three-dimensional fluorescence spectrogram data to obtain key data such as fluorescence characteristic peak position and fluorescence signal intensity.The changes of fluorescence characteristic peak position and signal intensity with the discharge ageing time in the deterioration process of transformer insulating oil were analyzed.The results show that compared with the classical gas chromatography DGA analysis method,the three-dimensional fluorescence analysis method has higher sensitivity,which can timely monitor the deterioration of insulating oil and can realize the timely monitoring of the insulation state of insulating oil without releasing gas or releasing a small amount of gas deterioration.
