摘  要:本文开展小鼠急性吸入C_(5)F_(10)O气体毒性研究,并在吸入试验后14天观察期内记录小鼠健康恢复情况,以检验C_(5)F_(10)O气体对小鼠健康有无长期影响。结果表明:小鼠吸入低浓度C_(5)F_(10)O气体后会有轻微中毒反应,如呼吸加快、对外界刺激极为敏感等临床症状,但上述症状会在随后的几个小时内恢复;小鼠吸入高浓度C_(5)F_(10)O气体后会出现严重中毒临床症状,身体瘫软并丧失行动能力,并很快出现死亡现象。小鼠4 h急性吸入C_(5)F_(10)O气体的半数致死浓度(LC_(50))值为7461×10^(-6)(雌性)和8724×10^(-6)(雄性),在全球化学品统一分类和标签制度(GHS)中应被归类为第4类,属于低毒气体。小鼠吸入C_(5)F_(10)O气体后主要对其呼吸和消化系统产生急性伤害,相关研究人员在工作中应注意加强个人防护,佩戴防毒面具和手套,防止接触到C_(5)F_(10)O气体危害其健康。In this paper,the toxicity of acute inhalation of C_(5)F_(10)O gas in mice was studied,and the health recovery of mice was recorded during the 14-day observation period after inhalation test to verify whether the C_(5)F_(10)O gas has long-term effects on their health.The results show that the mice inhaled low concentration of C_(5)F_(10)O gas have mild toxic reactions,such as accelerated breathing,extremely sensitive to external stimuli and other clinical symptoms,but the above symptoms will recover within several hours.After inhaling high concentration of C_(5)F_(10)O gas,the mice have clinical symptoms of severe poisoning,the body limps and is unable to move,and soon there is death of mice.The lethal concentration of 50%(LC_(50))values of 4 h acute inhalation of C_(5)F_(10)O gas in mice are 7461×10^(-6)(female)and 8724×10^(-6)(male),which should be classified as Category 4 in the GHS,indicating the C_(5)F_(10)O gas is a low-toxic gas.After the mice inhaling C_(5)F_(10)O gas,the C_(5)F_(10)O gas mainly cause acute injury to their respiratory and digestive systems.Relevant researchers should pay attention to strengthen personal protection during work,wear gas masks and gloves to prevent exposure to C_(5)F_(10)O gas from harming their health.
