摘 要:本文采用润滑油泡沫特性测定法对两种未用过的变压器油和用过的变压器油的抗泡沫性能进行研究,同时对泡沫倾向大的变压器油的解决方案进行探索研究。结果表明:未用过的变压器油产生泡沫倾向很小,而用过的变压器油存在产生泡沫倾向大的问题,并且硅含量普遍偏高,界面张力普遍偏低。在用过的变压器油中,采用添加硅型抗泡剂的方法可以初步解决变压器油产生泡沫倾向大的问题,但是硅型抗泡剂与变压器油的互溶性差,需要采用特殊的分散技术进行处理,硅型抗泡剂在变压器油中分散后的稳定性直接影响其抗泡沫效果。采用吸附剂再生处理的方法,可以有效解决此问题。In this paper,the antifoam characteristic of two unused and used transformer oils were studied by using the method of foam property determination.At the same time,the solution of transformer oils with large foam tendency was explored and studied.The results show that the unused transformer oil has a small foam tendency,while the used transformer oil has the problem of large foam tendency,and the silicon content is generally high and the interfacial tension is generally low.In the used transformer oil,the problem of large foam tendency can be solved by the method of adding silicone antifoam agent.However,the silicone type antifoam agent and transformer oil have poor compatibility and require special dispersion technology to deal with,and the stability of the silicone type antifoam agent in the transformer oil directly affects its antifoam effect.This problem of large foam tendency in used transformer oil can be effectively solved by using the method of adsorbent regeneration treatment.
