摘  要:为研究电缆隧道敷设下电缆载流量的影响因素,本文建立电磁-热-流多物理场耦合的三维仿真模型,通过仿真计算隧道内空气流速、电缆水平排列间距、流入隧道空气温度和隧道通风口长度对载流量的影响规律,得到各影响因素与载流量的关系曲线。根据工程实际数据设计正交试验研究4种因素对载流量的影响,获得其影响程度的权重关系。结果表明:4种因素影响程度由大到小为:隧道内空气流速、电缆水平排列间距、通风口长度、流入隧道空气温度,为实际电缆隧道敷设施工提供参考依据。In order to study the influencing factors of cable current carrying capacity under the laying of cable tunnels,a three-dimensional simulation model of electromagnetic-heat-current multi-physics coupling was established in this paper.The influence law of air velocity in the tunnel,horizontal arrangement distance of cables,air temperature into the tunnel,and length of tunnel vent on the current carrying capacity was obtained by simulation calculation,and the relationship curve between each influencing factor and current carrying capacity was obtained.The orthogonal test was designed to study the influence of four factors on the current carrying capacity based on the actual engineering data,and the weight relationship of the influence degree was obtained.The results show that the influence degrees of four factors from large to small are the air velocity in the tunnel,the horizontal arrangement distance of cable,the length of tunnel vent,and the air temperature into the tunnel,which provides reference for the laying construction of actual cable tunnel.
