摘  要:基于淮北市某高校建筑的基坑开挖工程,根据实际监测方案、地勘资料及通过有限元数值模拟基坑开挖过程,研究基坑开挖时对周围建筑物筏板变形机制。研究表明:基坑开挖后建筑物筏板变形受到周围地表沉降变化趋势影响。通过模拟可以提前预测出基坑开挖过程中建筑物筏板位移最不利位置,以此来控制筏板变形和保障建筑物安全。Based on the foundation pit excavation of a university building in Huaibei city,according to the actual monitoring scheme,geological prospecting data and finite element numerical simulation of foundation pit excavation process,the deformation mechanism of the surrounding building raft during foundation pit excavation is studied.The results show that the deformation of building raft is affected by the change trend of surrounding surface settlement.The most disadvantageous position of building raft displacement can be predicted in advance by simulation so as to control the raft deformation and ensure the safety of the building.
