摘　　要：使用能量色散型X射线荧光光谱仪测试银锡合金中的3个元素(Sn、Bi、Cu),针对银锡合金中各元素的含量范围使用自制的标准样品绘制工作曲线。对制样方法、测试时间、准直器大小、样品粗糙度、分析谱线等影响因素进行了试验,确定了最佳分析条件,该方法可无损、快速、准确测量样品,极大地提高了检测效率,降低了检测成本。Three elements(Sn,Bi,Cu)in silver-tin alloy were measured by energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometer(EDXRF),and the working curves were drawn by self-made standard samples.The influence factors of sample preparation method,test time,collimator size,sample roughness and analysis spectrum line were tested,and the optimum analysis conditions were determined,it greatly improves the detection efficiency and reduces the detection cost.
