摘　　要：随着冷轧硅钢板向薄化发展,致使冷轧板表面粘附了更多附着牢固的油污,此时采用普通脱脂剂已无法满足涂层清洁要求,因此选择性能更加优异的脱脂剂对现场表面脱脂效果至关重要。在低、中、高三种温度条件下对三种品牌的脱脂剂的脱脂性、消泡性、饱和吸油性进行了综合评价,初步筛选出3#脱脂剂综合性能最优,且适合中温脱脂。With the continuous thinning of cold-rolled silicon steel plate,more and firmly attached oil stains are adhered to the surface of cold-rolled steel plate.At this time,ordinary degreasing agent can not meet the coating requirements.Therefore,it is very important to select degreasing agent with better performance for on-site surface degreasing effect.In this paper,the degreasing,defoaming and saturated oil absorption of three brands of degreasing agents at 30℃,50℃and 75℃are comprehensively evaluated.Preliminary screening out of 3#degreasing agent exhibited superior comprehensive properties for medium temperature application.
