钎焊材料对AgSnO_(2)触头焊接质量影响的研究

摘　　要：通过分析焊接后钎着率、金相及剪切力,研究了不同类型的焊膏及焊料片对AgSnO_(2)触头组件焊接质量的影响,结果表明:不同的钎焊材料对焊接质量有明显影响,其中焊膏比焊料片能更好提升焊接质量;对于同种钎焊材料,适当提高焊接温度可提高焊接质量。In this paper,we analysis the welding brazing rate,metallographic and shear force,and study the influence of different types of solder paste and solder pieces on the welding quality of AgSnO_(2)contact components.The results show that different brazing materials have obvious influence on the welding quality,and solder paste can improve the welding quality better than solder sheet.For the same brazing material,properly increasing the welding temperature can effectively improve the welding quality.
