摘  要:通过对电网历史用电数据、档案资料和经营实践的总结,建立了以用电大数据为中心的“线上+线下”智能用电管控体系。通过对电力系统中有关设备和软件的实时监测,对电力系统的异常行为进行感知,及时预警、定位,为现场核查、取证创造有利条件。通过实例验证,该方案能明显地缩小可疑窃电客户的稽查范围,既能有效地保障电网的供电安全,又能降低电网的经济损失。This paper summarises the historical electricity consumption data,archives and business practices of the power grid,and establishes an"online+offline"intelligent electricity consumption control system centred on big data on electricity consumption.Through real-time monitoring of relevant equipment and software in the power system,it senses abnormal behaviour of the power system,provides timely warning and positioning,and creates favourable conditions for on-site verification and evidence collection.The solution has been proven to significantly reduce the scope of inspection of customers suspected of stealing electricity,effectively safeguarding the security of power supply and reducing the economic loss of the grid.
