宁夏与RCEP成员国的贸易基础和发展潜力研究--基于历史流量数据的考察和分析

摘　　要：作为目前世界已达成的最大自由贸易区,RCEP不仅是推动全球经济治理机制变革和多边贸易体制发展的重要载体,也是中国构建新发展格局和开放型经济体系的重要依托。基于2010—2021年宁夏对RCEP成员国进出口贸易的历史流量数据,从规模和结构两个角度进行描述性分析,并从依存性、竞争性及互补性三个维度进行指数分析。描述性分析结果表明:宁夏对RCEP成员国的贸易状况总体呈长期向好、相对稳定态势,说明宁夏与RCEP成员国的贸易往来日益紧密、稳步加深;指数分析结果表明:宁夏与RCEP成员国具有依存性较强且稳定性、竞争性与互补性共存的贸易基础。为此,宁夏应抢抓RCEP生效带来的发展机遇,深化与RCEP成员国的区域贸易合作,加快提升开放型经济发展水平。As the largest free trade area in the world,RCEP is not only an important platform to promote the reform of global economic governance mechanism and the development of multilateral trading system,but also an important basis for China to build a new development pattern and an open economic system.Based on the historical flow data of Ningxia‘s import and export trade with RCEP member countries from 2010 to 2021,a descriptive analysis was conducted from two perspectives of scale and structure,and an index analysis was conducted from three dimensions of dependence,competition and comple⁃mentarity.The results of descriptive analysis show that Ningxia’s trade with RCEP member countries is generally exhibiting a long-term positive and relatively stable trend,indicating that the trade exchanges between Ningxia and RCEP member countries were increasingly close and steadily deepening.The results of the index analysis show that Ningxia and RCEP members have a trade foundation of strong dependence and coexistence of stability,competition and complementarity.Therefore,Ningxia should seize the development opportunities brought by the entry into force of RCEP,deepen regional trade cooperation with RCEP member countries,and accelerate the improvement of the level of open economic development.
