商用载重货车转向油罐密封性优化设计探讨

摘　　要：转向油罐是液压助力转向系统三大总成之一,具有密封储存油液、输送额定流量油液、清洁油液、排出油液空气及观察液面高度等功能。商用车液压助力转向系统常见市场问题有转向油液温度高和转向油罐漏油。转向油液温度高与转向泵排量流量设计匹配有关。转向油罐漏油与转向油罐罐体密封结构、液面标尺高度设计、排气装置结构等因素有关。本文介绍商用载重货车液压助力转向油罐密封性优化设计及应用成果。The steering oil tank is one of the three major assemblies of the hydraulic power steering system.It has the functions of sealing and storing the oil-delivering the rated flow oil,cleaning the oil-filtering the impurity oil,discharging the oil air and observing the liquid level scale.Common market problems of commercial vehicle hydraulic power steering systems include high steering fluid temperature and oil leakage from steering oil tanks.The high temperature of the steering fluid is related to the matching of the displacement and flow of the steering pump.The oil leakage of the steering oil tank is related to the sealing structure of the steering oil tank,the height design of the liquid level scale,and the structure of the exhaust device.This paper introduces the optimization design and application results of hydraulic power steering oil tank sealing for commercial trucks.
