摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦解决模式护理干预对飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(femtosecn laser small incision lenticule extraction,SMILE)患者焦虑的影响,以期为手术患者提供更有效缓解焦虑、提高术中配合度的一种方法。方法通过便利抽样法,选取902例在本院就诊并进行SMILE手术的患者作为研究对象,将2021年2月至3月的450例患者设为对照组,给予实施常规护理,2021年4月至5月的452例患者设为试验组,在常规护理的基础上实施基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预。比较两组患者术前焦虑、术中配合度及护理满意度得分情况。结果干预后试验组患者焦虑得分低于对照组,术中配合度、护理满意度得分高于对照组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。结论采用基于聚焦解决模式的护理干预有助于缓解SMILE患者焦虑情绪,提高术中配合度及护理满意度。Objective To explore the effect of solution-focused nursing on the anxiety of patients over the surgery of femtosecond laser small incision lenticule extraction(SMILE)in order to provide more effective nursing intervention to ease off the anxiety and improve intraoperative cooperation of the patients.Methods In this study,a total of 902 patients who received the SMILE femtosecond laser surgery were included by convenient sampling method:450 patients who had the surgery between February and March 2021 were assigned as the control group and another 452 patients who had the surgery between April and May 2021 were assigned as the trial group.The control group was supported with the routine nursing,while the trial group was managed with a solution-focused nursing in addition to the same support received by the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of preoperative anxiety,intraoperative cooperation and nursing satisfaction.Results After the intervention,the degree of anxiety in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the degrees of cooperation and nursing satisfaction were statistically significant higher than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Solution-focused nursing can help to ease the anxiety about SMILE in patients,improve intraoperative cooperation and nursing satisfaction,and ensure the safety of surgery as well.
