腹腔镜下阑尾切除术中使用圈套器对比结扎夹处理阑尾残端的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨腹腔镜下阑尾切除术中使用圈套器对比结扎夹处理阑尾残端的临床治疗效果。方法:纳入2020年1月至2021年12月在我科收治的急性阑尾炎且接受腹腔镜下阑尾切除术患者90例,根据阑尾残端处理方式的不同随机分为圈套器组和结扎夹组。对比两者患者在手术时间、阑尾残端处理时间和并发症方面的差异。结果:圈套器组的手术时间和阑尾残端处理时间均显著长于结扎夹组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结扎夹组的阑尾残端处理材料费用低于圈套器组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组在住院时间和术后并发症方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜下阑尾切除术中,采用结扎夹处理阑尾残端在手术时间,阑尾残端处理时间和材料费用方面比圈套器组更具优势。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of using snare versus ligation clips in the treatment of appendiceal stump during laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:Ninety cases with acute appendicitis admitted to the General Surgery Department of Dayu People′s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were included.They were randomly divided into the snare group and the ligation clip group according to the different treatment methods of the appendix stump.The differences in operation time,appendix stump treatment time and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the snare group and the processing time of the appendix stump significantly longer than the ligation clip group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,the material cost of appendix residual treatment in the clip group was also lower than that in the snare group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in hospital stay and postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In laparoscopic appendectomy,the use of ligation clips to treat appendiceal stump is more advantageous than the snare group in terms of operation time,appendix stump treatment time and material cost,and it is worth popularizing and applying for patients suitable using this method.
