摘　　要：金黄色葡萄球菌是人类感染性疾病中一种常见的病原体。近年来,由于抗生素滥用及细菌进化,金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药性增加,据报道全球范围内多重耐药的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染率出现明显增高,MRSA的治疗也变得越发棘手。导致这种局面出现的原因之一是金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药机制非常复杂,尤其是MRSA。因此,详细阐述金黄色葡萄球菌耐药的相关机制对金黄色葡萄球菌感染的治疗具有重要意义。本文综述了甲氧西林敏感金黄色葡萄球菌和MRSA的研究现状、抗生素内在耐药性和获得性耐药性的机制、针对MRSA的抗生素的研究进展以及MRSA感染治疗的新策略。Staphylococcus aureus is a common pathogen in human infectious diseases.In recent years,due to the abuse of antibiotics and the evolution of bacteria,staphylococcus aureus has become more resistant.It has been reported that the infection rate of multi-drug resistant methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)has increased significantly worldwide,and the treatment of MRSA has become more difficult.One reason for this is that the mechanisms of resistance in staphylococcus aureus,particularly MRSA,are complex.Therefore,it is of great significance to elaborate the related mechanisms of staphylococcus aureus drug resistance for the treatment of staphylococcus aureus infection.This paper reviews the research status of methicillin-sensitive staphylococcus aureus and MRSA,the mechanism of antibiotic intrinsic resistance and acquired resistance,the research progress of antibiotics for MRSA and new strategies for the treatment of MRSA infection.
