摘 要:通过调控Nb和Ta的原子百分比开发了3种不同成分的高熵合金(HEAs),并对它们的析出相种类和形貌进行了研究,同时在室温下和750℃下进行了拉伸试验。结果显示:Nb_(0)Ta_(0)因其纯净的FCC+L1_(2)-γ′双相结构获得了比较好的屈服强度(853 MPa±17 MPa)与塑性(15.6%);在添加原子百分比为2%的Nb和2%的Ta后,因产生η相导致室温塑性下跌,而在750℃下抗拉强度的大幅提升和塑性的小幅提升为未来HEAs的高温应用提供了可能。Tthree HEAs with different compositions were developed by regulating the contents of Nb and Ta,and their precipitated phase types and morphologies were investigated,and tensile tests were carried out at room temperature and 750℃.The results show that Nb_(0)Ta_(0) HEA obtains relatively good strength(σ_(0.2)=(853±17)MPa)and plasticity(~15.6%)combination due to its pure FCC+L1_(2)-γ′dual-phase structure.After adding 2%of Nb and 2%of Ta,the room temperature plasticity decreased due to the generation ofηphase,but the large increase in tensile strength and a small increase in plasticity at 750℃provided a foundation and possibility for future high-temperature applications of HEAs.
