摘  要:近年来,随着博士生教育规模的扩大,博士生培养问题日益凸显,高校新入职的博士出现角色转变冲突、实践教学能力不足等问题,为促使博士生更好地适应高校教师的角色,很有必要在博士培养阶段开展学术职业训练,促进博士生的学术社会化。杜克大学针对博士生开展了一系列的培训项目,将高校教师职前培训纳入博士生培养阶段,推动了博士生学术社会化。通过对杜克大学的案例分析,提出实行“带教”制度、推行教学“理论+实习”模式、推进“导师团”与“交叉平台”建设、注重科研规范的引导等措施,为博士生培养模式的调整提供借鉴与参考。In recent years,with the expansion of doctoral education scale,the problem of doctoral training has become increasingly prominent.The newly recruited doctors in colleges and universities have some problems,such as role change conflict,lack of practical teaching ability and so on.In order to make doctoral students better adapt to the role of university teachers,it is necessary to carry out academic vocational training in the doctoral training stage to promote the academic socialization of doctoral students.Duke University has carried out a series of training programs for doctoral students.The pre-service training of university teachers is included in the doctoral training stage,which promotes the academic socialization of doctoral students.Based on the case study of Duke University,this paper puts forward some measures,such as the implementation of"teaching"system,the implementation of"theory+practice"mode of teaching,the construction of"tutor group"and"cross platform",and the guidance of scientific research norms,so as to provide reference for the adjustment of doctoral training mode.
