摘 要:随着我国特高压输电工程的不断建设,容量大、电压等级高的换流变压器数量激增,其产生的振动与噪声问题对设备本身及周边环境造成了较大危害,所以换流变压器振动噪声机制及控制问题受到了国内外学者的密切关注。本文从换流变压器振动噪声产生机理、特性、影响因素以及减振降噪措施等方面对国内外研究进展进行综述,归纳了铁心、绕组的振动机理及影响因素;给出了谐波和直流偏磁对铁心、绕组振动的影响;总结了抑制换流变压器振动的有效措施,从振动源和传递路径两方面对减振降噪措施进行了梳理,本文的研究成果对换流变压器的结构优化和减振降噪研究具有重要指导意义。With the continuous construction of UHV power transmission projects in China,the number of converter transformers with large capacity and high voltage grade increases rapidly.The vibration and noise caused by the converter transformers have caused great harm to the equipment itself and the surrounding environment.Therefore,the vibration and noise mechanism and control of converter transformers have been paid close attention by scholars at home and abroad.This paper reviews the research progress at home and abroad from the aspects of vibration and noise generation mechanism,characteristics,influencing factors and noise reduction measures of converter transformer,and summarizes the vibration mechanism and influencing factors of core and winding.The influence of harmonic and DC magnetic bias on core and winding vibration is given.The effective measures to suppress the vibration of converter transformer are summarized,and the measures to reduce vibration and noise are sorted out from two aspects of vibration source and transmission path.The research results of this paper have important guiding significance for the structural optimization of converter transformer and the research on vibration and noise reduction.
