摘　　要：为了规模化生产PET/PBT双十字形复合纤维,文章开发了环心型纺丝组件,并设计了双十字形喷丝板和喷丝板微孔。应用结果表明,运用新型纺丝组件和喷丝板可以成功制备PET/PBT双十字形复合纤维,延长组件的使用周期,降低漏浆率和断头率,提高产品优等率。In order to produce PET/PBT double cross shaped composite fiber on a large scale, this paper develops annular spinning module, and designs the double cross shaped spinneret plate and spinneret plate micropore. The application results show that PET/PBT double cross shaped composite fiber can be successfully prepared by using the new spinning module and spinneret plate, which can prolong the service life of the module, reduce the slurry leakage rate and breakage rate, and improve the product premium rate.
