摘  要:由于石墨烯层间存在较强的范德华力,石墨烯在普通有机溶剂中分散性差,进而影响石墨烯在复合物基材中的相容性和分散性,影响胶水的性能。将石墨烯制成水溶性乳液,可以增强其与聚合物的相容性,减少自身团聚,解决石墨烯在复合物基材中的相容性和分散性问题。特殊的石墨烯涂层技术秉承了石墨烯一贯的蓄热、导电、抗菌、抗静电、抗紫外线及远红外功能,将石墨烯制成胶水涂覆在纺织面料上,经该功能涂层后制得的膜面料具有强导电性和蓄热功能。文章分析了石墨烯导电蓄热面料的整理工艺,以期促进现代科技发展。Due to the strong van der Waals force between the graphene layers, the dispersion of graphene in ordinary organic solvents is poor, which further affects the compatibility and dispersion of graphene in the composite substrate and affects the properties of glue. Making graphene into a water-soluble emulsion can enhance its compatibility with the polymer and reduce its agglomeration, thus solving the problem of compatibility and dispersion of graphene in the composite substrate. The special graphene coating technology inherits graphene’s consistent thermal storage, electric conduction, antibiosis, antistatic, radiation resistance, UV-ray resistance and far-infrared resistance. Graphene into glue is coated on the textile fabrics. The film fabrics made after this functional coating has strong electrical conductivity and thermal storage function. This paper analyzes the finishing process of graphene electric conduction and thermal storage fabrics in order to promote the development of modern science and technology.
