摘　　要：通过对碳纤维设备中超长分丝辊的使用特点进行分析并结合碳纤维的特点,文章确定了合理的工艺路线,制定了合理的工艺方法,较好地达到了分丝辊的使用要求,减少了因丝束与辊面摩擦、磨损造成的纤维表面损伤,解决了两边丝离散、相互交叉产生并丝的问题。Based on the analysis of the use characteristics of the super long sparator roll in the carbon fiber equipment and the characteristics of carbon fiber,this paper has determined a reasonable process route and developed a reasonable process method,which has better met the use requirements of the sparator roll,reduced the fiber surface damage caused by the friction and wear between the tows and the roller surface,and solved the problem of wire merging caused by the dispersion and cross of the wires on both sides.
