摘 要:文章从设备、工艺等方面分析了导致氨纶丝饼端面不齐的主要因素,包括卷绕工艺、丝饼上油率、卷绕面板、卷绕设备等,重点研究了卷绕工艺和卷绕设备的卷绕装置、横动装置、卷绕机前支撑等对氨纶丝饼端面的影响。结果表明:卷绕工艺、卷绕设备是导致氨纶丝饼端面不齐的主要因素,进而提出改善氨纶丝饼端面不齐的方法。This paper analyzes the main factors leading to the uneven end face of spandex cake from the aspects of equipment and process, including the winding process, the oil rate of the spinning cake, the winding panel, the winding equipment, etc., and focuses on the influence of the winding process and the winding device, the traverse device and the front support of the winding machine of the winding equipment, on the end face of the spandex cake. The results show that the winding process and equipment are the main factors leading to the uneven end face of spandex cake, and the methods to improve the unevenness of the end face of the spandex cake are proposed.
