摘　　要：目的:分析滨州市居民的死因监测数据,了解居民死亡特征,为制定疾病预防控制策略提供依据。方法:统计2020年滨州市居民死因网络直报中所有死亡病例,采用国际疾病分类标准(ICD-10)分类,分析居民死亡情况。结果:2020年,滨州市居民粗死亡率、标化死亡率分别为697.18/10万、443.34/10万;男性粗死亡率高于女性;[0,1)岁人群死亡率为104.07/10万,[5,10)岁人群死亡率最低,[15,20)岁人群死亡率上升,≥85岁人群死亡率达到顶峰;第二类疾病死亡人数为24811人,死亡率为632.46/10万;死因前5位分别为心脏病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、伤害和中毒,死亡率分别为227.05/10万、192.69/10万、148.69/10万、30.08/10万和46.37/10万。结论:滨州市居民死亡率较低,男性及老龄人群的死亡率较高,慢性非传染性疾病是导致人口死亡的主要原因。OBJECTIVE To analyze the death cause monitoring data of Binzhou in 2020,understand the death characteristics of residents,and provide basis for formulating disease prevention and control strategies.METHODS All death cases directly reported by Binzhou residents’cause of death network in 2020 were counted,and the death situation of residents was analyzed by using the international classification of diseases(ICD-10).RESULTS In 2020,the crude mortality and standardized mortality of Binzhou residents were 697.18/100000 and 443.34/100000 respectively.The crude mortality of men was higher than that of women.The mortality of0~1 years old group was 104.07/100000,the mortality of 5~10 years old group was the lowest,the mortality of 15~20 years old group increased,and the mortality of above 85 years old group reached the peak.The number of deaths from category II diseases was 24811,and the mortality rate was 632.46/100000.The top five causes of death were heart disease,malignant tumor,cerebrovascular disease,injury and poisoning and respiratory diseases.The mortality rates were 227.05/100000,192.69/100000,148.69/100000,46.37/100000 and 30.08/100000 respectively.CONCLUSION The mortality of Binzhou residents is low,and the mortality of men and the elderly is high;chronic non communicable diseases are the main cause of death.
