摘　　要：目的:分析武威市麻疹流行病学特征,为制定麻疹防控措施提供参考。方法:利用全国疾病监测信息报告管理系统收集2004—2020年武威市麻疹病例数据,对其进行描述流行病学分析。结果:2004—2020年,武威市累计报告麻疹病例754例,年平均发病率为2.39/10万,年发病率在0.05/10万~22.03/10万之间。3—7月病例数占总病例数的85.15%。以散居儿童发病为主,占全部病例的53.32%,其次为学生和农民,分别占25.20%和8.62%。凉州区和古浪县发病率高于天祝县和民勤县。结论:武威市2010—2020年麻疹发病率较2004—2009年大幅下降,仍呈每2~3年流行一次的规律。要继续做好适龄儿童含麻疹成分疫苗的及时接种和入托入学儿童接种证查验工作,在凉州区和古浪县开展含麻疹成分疫苗的查漏补种工作。OBJECTIVETO analysis of epidemiological characteristics of measles in Wuwei, to provide a reference for formulating measles prevention and control measures. METHODS Descriptive epidemiological analysis of measles cases in Wuwei from 2004to 2020 using the national disease surveillance information reporting management system. RESULTS Between 2004 and 2020, 754measles cases were reported in Wuwei with an average annual incidence of 2.39 per 100 000. The annual incidence rate is between0.05 and 22.03/100 000. The cases from March to July accounted for 85.15% of the total cases. Scattered children accounted for53.32% of the total cases, followed by students and farmers, accounting for 25.20% and 8.62%, respectively. The incidence rate in Liangzhou district and Gulang county was higher than that in Tianzhu county and Minqin county. CONCLUSION The incidence rate of measles in Wuwei from 2010 to 2020 is much lower than that from2004 to 2009. It will continue to do a good job in the timely vaccination of measles-containing vaccines for school-age children and the verification of vaccination certificates for children enrolled in kindergartens. It will also carry out remedial work in Liangzhou district and Gulang county on the detection of measles-containing vaccines.
