摘 要:为提高家庭种植产品的实用性、增强使用黏性,文章首先以KANO模型为方法,对用户需求属性进行划分。然后采用Better-Worse分析计算各需求项的相对权重并进行排序,根据需求重要程度进行设计分析,并分析了需求实现所需的技术条件与实现手段。最后,根据设计分析进行设计实践并进行了可用性评估。结果表明KANO模型对用户需求属性进行了科学划分,使产品更加符合用户需求,提升了产品的实用性与用户满意度。To improve the usefulness of household grown products and enhance the stickiness of their use.First,the KANO model is used as a method to classify the user requirement attributes.Second,Better-Worse analysis is used to calculate the relative weights of each demand item and rank them.Then,the design analysis was performed according to the importance of the requirements and the technical conditions and means of implementation required for their realization were analyzed.Finally,design practices were conducted and usability evaluations were performed based on the design analysis.The results show that the KANO model has scientifically divided the user demand attributes,which makes the product more in line with the user demand and improves the usefulness and user satisfaction of the product.
