摘 要:采用不同用量的γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH-550)对羟基化氮化硼纳米粒子(BN)进行表面改性后,通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)对其结构进行表征,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察其表面形貌及分散性能。以硅烷改性后的氮化硼对环氧丙烯酸酯乳液进行改性,研究了其添加量对乳液薄膜热稳定性的影响,并将性能最好的乳液作为主要成膜物制备了水性防腐涂料,测试了涂层的力学性能和防腐性能。结果显示,当KH-550与纳米氮化硼的质量比为1∶1.5时所得硅烷改性纳米氮化硼的分散性能最优,其在环氧丙烯酸酯乳液中的最佳添加量为3%,由此所得的环氧丙烯酸酯乳液薄膜的热稳定性最好,最终涂层的综合性能也最佳:附着力1级,耐冲击性(1 kg)50 cm,铅笔硬度3H,中性盐雾测试480 h后仅划线处有轻微锈蚀而无起泡现象。Boron nitride(BN) nanoparticles were hydroxylated and then modified with different amounts of γ-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH-550). The structure of the silane-modified BN was characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS), and its surface morphology and dispersibility were examined by scanning electron microscopy(SEM). An epoxy acrylate emulsion was modified by the silane-modified BN, and the effect of the dosage of silane-modified BN on the thermal stability of the emulsion film was studied. The emulsion having the best thermal stability was used as the major binder to prepare a waterborne anticorrosive paint, and the mechanical and anticorrosive properties of its film were tested. The results showed that the BN nanoparticles possessed the best dispersibility when being modified at a KH-550/nano-BN mass ratio of 1:1.5. The optimal dosage of the silane-modified BN in the epoxy acrylate emulsion was 3%, and the epoxy acrylate emulsion film prepared by the modified nano boron nitride had the best thermal stability, and the coating prepared with the epoxy acrylate emulsion showed the best comprehensive performance: 1-grade adhesion, failure height at least 50 cm for an 1-kg impact, and pencil hardness 3H.Only slight rusting at the scratches and no blistering occurred on the coating after 480 hours of neutral salt spray test.
