摘 要:采用动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了304不锈钢接地材料在不同p H的库尔勒土壤浸出液中的腐蚀电化学特征。结果表明:土壤浸出液的pH在7.5~9.5范围内升高时,304不锈钢的腐蚀速率增大,但仍保持较好的耐腐蚀性能。在库尔勒土壤浸出液中,304不锈钢的阳极主要发生Fe的溶解反应,腐蚀过程受其控制,304不锈钢的表面存在稳定且致密的钝化膜。Mott-Schottky曲线分析显示,库尔勒土壤浸出液中304不锈钢表面的钝化膜具有n型半导体性质,土壤浸出液pH在7.5~9.5的范围内升高时施主密度略微增大,平带电位略微升高,钝化膜的半导体性质无明显改变。The electrochemical corrosion characteristics of 304 stainless steel grounding material in leaching solutions of the soil collected from Kolar area with different pH values were studied by potentiodynamic polarization curve measurement and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS).The results showed that the corrosion rate of 304 stainless steel was increased with the increasing of pH of the solution from 7.5 to 9.5,but the 304 stainless steel still maintained good corrosion resistance.In Korla soil leaching solution,the dissolution of Fe mainly occurred at the anode and dominated the corrosion process.There existed a compact and stable passive film on the surface of 304 stainless steel.The result of Mott-Schottky curve analysis indicated that the passive film on 304 stainless steel surface possessed the properties of n-type semiconductor in the Korla soil leaching solution.With the increasing of solution pH in the range of 7.5 to 9.5,both donor density and flat band potential were increased slightly,and the semiconductor characters of passive film did not change significantly.
