摘  要:人工附着碳酸钙垢层后利用电化学测试技术、表面形貌分析等方法,研究了在抗盐聚驱体系中碳酸钙沉积下硫酸盐还原菌(SRB)对20碳钢腐蚀行为的影响。结果表明:硫酸盐还原菌对沉积层下20碳钢的腐蚀反应有促进作用。在有SRB存在的情况下,附着在碳钢表面的保护膜会随时间延长而吸附性变差,导致腐蚀产物层脱落,裸露的碳钢作为阴极,垢层下的碳钢作为阳极,形成腐蚀电池,加速了垢层下20碳钢的腐蚀。硫酸盐还原菌不仅会提高垢层下碳钢的电化学活性,而且会加剧垢下点蚀。A calcium carbonate scale layer was attached artificially on 20 carbon steel,and the under-deposit corrosion behavior of the steel in salt-resistant polymer flooding system containing sulfate-reducing bacteria was studied by electrochemical testing and surface morphology analysis.The results showed that the SRB promoted the corrosion reaction of 20 carbon steel under the deposition layer.The adsorbability of the protective film formed on the surface of 20 carbon steel became poor with the extending of time in the existence of SRB,resulting in the exfoliation of corrosion products.A corrosion cell with bare carbon steel as cathode and the under-deposit carbon steel as anode was formed,which accelerated the corrosion of 20 carbon steel under the scale layer.SRB not only improved the electrochemical activity of carbon steel under the scale,but also aggravated the pitting corrosion.
