摘  要:在商用车开发设计阶段,通过设定车型防腐性能等级、定义干湿区来确定选择镀锌板还是冷轧板。根据不同电泳工艺设计地板排气结构及白车身内腔结构,以保证电泳品质。通过冲压切边工艺调整、车底涂装PVC(防石击密封胶)、焊缝密封胶喷涂及车身内腔注蜡,可以保证整车的防腐性能满足高品质要求。At the stage of development and design of a commercial vehicle,the anticorrosion level and the division of dry and wet zones should be defined,helping the selection of proper materials such as zinc-coated steel sheet and cold-rolled steel sheet for different requirements.The exhaust structure of floor and the cavity structure of body in white should be designed according to the electrophoretic coating process to ensure the properties of electrophoretic coating.The anticorrosion property of whole vehicle would meet high quality requirements by taking the following measures:modifying the cutting process of stamping plates,spraying stone chip protector on the surface of underbody,spraying sealant at weld seams,and injecting wax to the cavity of vehicle body.
