摘  要:针对某主机厂HC180BD+ZF汽车外板电泳针孔缺陷原因进行分析。结果发现合金化热镀锌表面镀层铁含量越高,δ相含量越高,使其在磷化液的中活性越小,所得的磷化膜越薄,最终导致磷化后表面电阻低,在阴极电泳涂装过程中易出现火花放电现象,因而产生针孔缺陷。The reason for the formation of pinhole defects on electrophoretic coating of HC180BD+ZF plate from an original equipment manufacturer(OEM)was analyzed.It was found that the higher iron content in coating on the surface of hot-dip zinc alloy coated steel sheet was,the moreδphases it had,resulting in the formation of thinner phosphating film for its lower activity in phosphating solution.Spark discharge phenomenon occurred more easily on the thin phosphating film with low surface resistance during cathodic electrophoretic coating,leading to the formation of pinhole defects.
