行气祛瘀颗粒在全膝关节置换术后的应用效果及对早期功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:探究行气祛瘀颗粒在全膝关节置换术后的临床诊疗效果,以期为促进全膝关节置换术后患者关节功能的恢复提供理论基础及参考借鉴。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年1月广州中医药大学顺德医院收治的80例行全膝关节置换术患者作为研究对象,所有患者均由同组医生在相同手术方式下行全膝关节置换术,且植入相同假体类型。严格遵循随机数表法将患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例,其中对照组患者行低分子肝素治疗,治疗组患者在低分子肝素治疗基础上,加用行气祛瘀颗粒治疗。通过比较两组患者治疗有效率、VAS疼痛评分、全膝关节功能HSS评分及并发症发生率等相关指标差异,以期系统评估行气祛瘀颗粒在全膝关节置换术后关节功能恢复的临床应用潜力。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率为高于对照组治疗总有效率,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05);在行对应治疗干预后,治疗组患者的VAS疼痛评分显著低于对照组,而全膝关节功能HSS评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=18.716、10.662,P<0.05);治疗组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05)。结论:行气祛瘀颗粒在全膝关节置换术后的临床应用中效果显著,能显著降低患者术后疼痛,促进关节功能的恢复,具有较大的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of Xingqi Quyu Granules after total knee arthro⁃plasty,in order to provide theoretical basis and reference for promoting the recovery of joint function of patients after total knee ar⁃throplasty.Methods:A total of 80 patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty who were admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent total knee arthroplasty by the same group of doctors in the same surgical manner,and implanted the same type of prosthesis.According to the random number table method,the pa⁃tients were divided into treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Xingqi Quyu granules on the basis of the low molecular weight heparin treatment.The differences in the treatment efficiency,VAS pain score,HSS score of total knee joint function,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups,in order to systematically evaluate the clinical application potential of Xingqi Quyu Granules in the recovery of joint function after total knee arthroplasty.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(χ^(2)=7.440,P<0.05).After intervention,the VAS pain score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the con⁃trol group,while the total knee function HSS score of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=18.716,10.662,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the treatment group was sig⁃nificantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.165,P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingqi Quyu Granules has a significant effect in clinical application after total knee arthroplasty,can signi
