乙醇强还原土壤灭菌法对番茄连作土壤微生物和理化指标的影响

摘  要:土传病害已成为设施蔬菜连作障碍的主要因素,基于低浓度乙醇强还原土壤灭菌(reductive soil disinfestation with ethanol,Et-RSD)法的特点,研究了Et-RSD技术对设施连作番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)土壤微生物和土壤理化指标的影响。通过不同乙醇浓度(0、0.5%、1%、2%、4%)和不同处理时间(10 d、15 d、20 d)组合处理连作土壤,发现Et-RSD可以显著增加番茄连作土壤可培养细菌和放线菌的数量,降低土壤可培养真菌和根结线虫繁殖体的数量,调节土壤pH值、电导率值、乙酸含量和氧化还原电位,活化土壤养分。筛选得到2%乙醇处理20 d为最佳组合。Soil-borne diseases have become the main obstacle to continuous cropping of protected vegetable cultivation.Based on the characteristics of reductive soil disinfestation with low concentrations ethanol(Et-RSD),the effects of Et-RSD technology on microorganisms and physical-chemical indexes of tomato(Solanum lycopersicum)continuous cropping soil were investigated.Through the treatment of continuous cropping soil with the combination of different concentrations of ethanol(0,0.5%,1%,2%,4%)and different treatment time(10 d,15 d,20 d),it was found Et-RSD could significantly increase the number of culturable bacteria and actinomycetes in the tomato continuous cropping soil,decrease the number of soil culturable fungi and the propagules of root knot nematodes,regulate soil pH value,EC value,acetic acid content and redox potential,and activate soil nutrients.The optimal treatment combination was 2%ethanol for 20 d.
