摘 要:城市韧性指标体系的构建是城市韧性从理论到实践的桥梁。韧性城市测度指标的量化有助于增进对城市韧性的理解,并有效指导韧性城市建设。本文综合城市组成要素和韧性城市特征,从社会韧性、经济韧性、组织管理韧性、基础设施韧性和生态环境韧性5个维度构建我国城市韧性评价指标体系,对全国267个地级市的城市韧性进行评估,并采用地理探测器模型,探讨了城市韧性水平的影响因素。结果表明:(1)2010—2017年,全国城市韧性水平整体呈逐渐上升趋势,但全国(高韧性与低、较低韧性水平)城市韧性水平日趋均衡化;(2)城市韧性空间分异特征明显,东部沿海地区整体韧性水平高于中西部地区,形成“东高西低”的格局;(3)城市集群化空间分异特征明显,城市群地区城市韧性水平较高。韧性指数显示东部沿海发达城市韧性指数明显高于其他地区,而中西部大多以核心城市、省会城市韧性指数较高为主。(4)城市韧性的影响因素分析表明,城市基础设施建设和人才创新是影响我国城市韧性水平时空分异最主要的因素。Constructing an urban resilience index system bridges the theory and practice of urban resilience studies.The quantification of the index of resilient cities is helpful to better understanding urban resilience and effectively guiding the construction of resilient cities.The paper integrates the urban elements and the characteristics of resilient cities and constructs an urban resilience index system of China from 5 dimensions including social resilience,economic resilience,organization and management resilience,infrastructure resilience,and ecological environment resilience.We evaluate the resilience of 267 prefecture-level cities in China and discusse the influencing factors of urban resilience by using a geographic detector model.The results show that:(1)from 2010—2017,the overall urban resilience level in China increases over the years,but the national city resilience level becomes more evenly distributed;(2)The spatial differentiation characteristics of urban resilience are obvious.The overall resilience level of the eastern coastal areas if higher than that of the central and western areas,forming a pattern of"high in the east and low in the west";(3)The spatial differentiation characteristics of urban agglomeration are obvious.and the urban resilience level of urban agglomeration areas is relativeely higher.The resilience index shows that the resilience index of developed cities in the eastern coast is higher than that of other areas while in most of the central and western areas,the resilience index is relatively high in core cities and provincial capitals.(4)The analysis of influencing factors of urban resilience shows that urban infrastructure construction and talents innovation are the most important factors affecting the spatial temporal differentiation of the urban resilience level in China.
