摘　　要：医疗事关百姓利益,医院采购是医疗活动得以进行的基础。为规范公立医院政府采购活动,优化政府采购营商环境,近日,潍坊市财政局印发《关于进一步规范和加强公立医院政府采购监督管理工作的通知》,将公立医院政府采购活动全部纳入政府采购监管范畴。范围确定,公立医院政府采购纳入监管。根据《中华人民共和国预算法》《中华人民共和国政府采购法》等有关规定,公立医院的财政补助收入以及事业收入、经营性收入和其他收入等资金,均应纳入本单位预算管理。To standardize the gover nment pro-curement activities of public hospitals and optimize the business environ ment of government procurement, Weifang has incorporated all the government procu rement activities of public hospitals into the system of government procurement supervision. The public hospitals should include its financial subsidy, business income, operational income and other incomes into its budget management. The purchase of any goods, projects and services within the catalogue of centralized procurement or above the procurement quota with the funds included in the budget management of public hospitals belongs to the category of government procurement.
