摘　　要：习近平强军思想以社会主义中国由大向强发展历史阶段的强军胜战为主题,以“十个明确”为核心内容,系统回答了中国特色社会主义新时代的强军使命、强军目标和强军方略等问题,构成了一个内涵丰富、思想深邃、逻辑严密、开放发展的现代军事思想体系。这一思想体系,把坚定不移走和平发展道路与建设世界一流军队统一起来,是对历史规律与战争规律的自觉因应,是对马克思主义战争与和平观的自觉践行,是兼顾自身安全与共同安全构建人类命运共同体的理性选择,成为构建人类军事文明新形态的理论指南。With the theme of the victory of an increasingly powerful army in the historical stage of the development of Socialist China from large to strong, and with “Ten-point Guidelines” as core content,Xi Jinping thought on strengthening the military systematically identifies the mission, goal, and strategy for strengthening the military in order to respond to the new realities in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics, thus constituting a modern military ideological system with abundant connotation, profound thinking, rigorous logic and bolstering open development. This ideological system unifies the ideas of unswervingly adhering to the path of peaceful development and building a world-class army. It is conscious response to the laws of history and war, an initiative practice of the Marxist view of war and peace, and a rational choice to build a community with a shared future for mankind in consideration of our own security and the common one. This ideological system has become a theoretical guide for building a new pattern of human military civilization.
