摘 要:针对传统液压传动系统实验课程“老师讲解、学生操作”的教学模式效率低、故障率高、安全性差的问题,提出了一种“老师讲解、线上仿真、线下操作”复合实验教学模式;提出了一种基于LabVIEW的液压传动系统教学仿真平台开发方案,明确了仿真平台开发流程;以“双缸行程控制回路仿真平台”为开发案例,验证了所提方案可行性,为液压专业方向实验课程提供一种新思路。此外,仿真平台也可为“新冠疫情”影响下的线上教学提供支撑。In view of the low efficiency,high failure rate and poor safety of the traditional teaching mode of"teacher's explanation and student's operation"in the experimental course of Hydraulic Transmission System,a compound experimental teaching mode of"teacher's explanation,online simulation and offline operation"is proposed.This paper puts forward a development scheme of the teaching simulation platform of hydraulic transmission system based on LabVIEW,and clarifies the development process of the simulation platform;The feasibility of the proposed scheme is verified by taking the"simulation platform of double cylinder stroke control loop"as the development case,which provides a new idea for the experimental course of hydraulic specialty.In addition,the simulation platform can also provide support for online teaching under the influence of the"COVID-19 epidemic".
