摘　　要：聚乙烯的氙灯老化试验和自然暴晒试验之间有着良好的相关性,滚塑行业因此建立了耐候等级和光老化寿命之间的关系式。通过对现有关系式的分析,建立了更为有效的新的关系式,并指出现有标准中设计寿命和氙灯老化要求的不匹配现象,将导致产品的质量隐患。There is a good correlation between xenon lamp aging test and natural exposure test of polyethylene,so the relationship between weathering grade and light aging life has been established in the rotational molding industry.Through the analysis of the existing relationship,a more effective new relationship is established,and it is pointed out that the mismatch between the design life and xenon lamp aging requirements in the existing standards will lead to hidden quality problems of products.
